If your order was not processed, it might be due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. The content contains copyrighted material
2. The content contains illegal or obscene material
3. Your media is not in a format we are able to process
4. Your videotape required repair for transfer and we were unable to get in touch with you for permission to proceed
5. The quality of the tape or film was so poor that we could not process it
